Sadly the communication skills at White & Sons in Horley need urgent training. Even though we repeatedly requested they phone us with a viewing appointment to our empty property and phone the resident Manager at the complex this all fell on deaf ears. Even when I phoned with the news we had just exchanged sale contracts a message was taken but no follow up phone call. All they are interested in is getting their commission, so if you are expecting excellent customer service you will be better off going elsewhere. We have another property in the area to sell shortly and will definitely be going to a different agent. You just know if you leave a message to please phone back you might just as well be telling a brick wall!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
