Unbelievably unprofessional. Tried to make a rental offer on a house that I know well and was told I had to view the property first, fair enough. Then I was told all offers would be submitted to the owner and considered, after viewing. Calling back to confirm viewing times I'm now told... Read Full Review

Unbelievably unprofessional. Tried to make a rental offer on a house that I know well and was told I had to view the property first, fair enough. Then I was told all offers would be submitted to the owner and considered, after viewing. Calling back to confirm viewing times I'm now told the property was been let to 'someone who knows the property' before the property was advertised. The agent 'hadn't got round to calling everyone on the viewing list'.

used Whites to let our rental property they did nothing over an initial three week period inlcluding not putting a to let sign up, advertising pr promoting the property. When they did have a propspective tenant the person showig them around did not know the property details so missed telling... Read Full Review

used Whites to let our rental property they did nothing over an initial three week period inlcluding not putting a to let sign up, advertising pr promoting the property. Whites do not seem to realise they are doing a selling job and just sit in their office giing a poor non reactive response. I know someone who also registered as a tenant who had equally poor service inlcuding being sent incorrect information on properties not within their criteria and the agent not turning up for a viewing, Whites lettings need to wake up and realise they represent the landlord and each week they dont bother doing anything their client looses money- they dont of course, as they charge the same fee what ever time it takes to find a tenant, Overall unprofessional second rate service over priced and waste of time - suggest if you are a lanlord go somewhere else
