Absolute fraudsters. We had them as block management agents for about 4 years. In that time they took their fees, let our block become run down, never responded to numerous queries regarding maintenance, let the gardener rip us off for hundreds of pounds, the cleaners didn't turn up for 6 months and when we enquired where they were I was told they had quit months ago but P&D never told us, or bothered to get another cleaner. They cost us money, now we have got rid of them they are not even able to forward all the documentation to our new managers. Their business should be closed down. They are no better than petty thieves. If I could give them less than no stars I would give them a minus 10.

Worst estate agents I have ever dealt with. Bought a property from them after being lied to about many aspects of the property.
