Absolute fraudsters. We had them as block management agents for about 4 years. In that time they took their fees, let our block become run down, never responded to numerous queries regarding maintenance, let the gardener rip us off for hundreds of pounds, the cleaners didn't turn up for 6 ... Worst estate agents I have ever dealt with. Bought a property from them after being lied to about many aspects of the property. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
