Absolute fraudsters. We had them as block management agents for about 4 years. In that time they took their fees, let our block become run down, never responded to numerous queries regarding maintenance, let the gardener rip us off for hundreds of pounds, the cleaners didn't turn up for 6... Worst estate agents I have ever dealt with. Bought a property from them after being lied to about many aspects of the property.
