First of all, be very wary of the positive reviews on their Facebook page. At least two of the three are from either the owner of the company - ‘Juz’ or her employees. We had the misfortune of letting our house through this company. I cannot state strongly enough how awful an experience we had. They mismanaged the property throughout, tried to liaise with former tenants and help them when a dispute was raised, following the tenant having damaged the property. We subsequently found out the tenants were friends with Juz. We won the full deposit ourselves following submitting the paperwork independently (despite Bellwood and Harris being contracted to do this). They were incredibly unprofessional when challenged on their poor customer service, resulting in becoming personally abusive and then laughing when they could see the distress caused. We moved our business to another independent letting agent in Darlington who have thankfully restored our faith in the whole process. If you’re thinking of using this company to manage your property, I would urge you to look elsewhere. I wish we had been given this advice ourselves.

I have chosen not to give my married name as I have seen the unpleasant and attacking responses you and your employees have given to others who have left reviews for your company. I also do not wish to open myself up to further abuse from you. I struggle to accept that you would wish to respond to this in a constructive manner as last time we attempted to discuss our concerns with you in your offices were beyond unpleasant and lowered yourself to making personally attacking comments. I left this review to allow others to make a constructive decision before using your company. I am beyond the point where I would seek any further response from you directly.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Considered the situation fairly and resolved the issues without delay, and helped resolve the issues without needing to involve Environmentl Health and the Council, Could have handled the situation rather than swearing at me etc.
