Worst estate agents I’ve ever dealt with! Still after six months we haven’t received an inventory report! You’re lucky if they even answer the phone to you. Our oven broke, after ringing all afternoon their response was to email them. Still haven’t had a response to that email. Just ignored, which is seem to be what they’re good at. Avoid like the plague!

What agent could do to change your mind?
For all in house services they charge 50 pounds extra and still are overpriced so we went with our broker recommendations.
