I'm absolutely disgusted with these people. The fees are extortionate, the customer service non-existent, the staff are rude and don't give a damn, I could go on. They have overcharged me on rent and two and a half weeks later and after many promises of refunds I still have seen nothing. They never call you back, never keep their promises, and I wish to god i had never rented off them in the first place. Avoid at all cost!!

Well what can I say about the total incompetence of this agency and its staff. Not only do they never respond to emails or enquiries, they also try to pass the buck to anyone else. As a tenant, and a customer the service I received was the worst I have ever had from any company. Basic repairs were not carried out for months, such that we could not even lock the doors or flush one of the toilets; the direct debit instruction was sent twice and came out of my bank account...
