Please DO NOT USE Newcastle Boutique apartments previously known as quality streets to either rent an apartment through Airbnb or Booking.com or leave your home in the hands of Laura Bell the company director and her co workers SHE is an absolute con artist and we truly do not know how this woman sleeps at night. We trusted Laura Bell and her company to rent out our apartment on the Queyside in Newcastle. From the beginning of the agreement she was always late in paying our commission often missing out numerous amounts of money. She cancelled bookings with clients and never paid back their deposits. We had nothing but endless stress and worry with this company and she treated the customers and landlords terrible. She doesn’t look after your property or your clients. Finally we cancelled our contract as many points on the agreement had not been adhered too, whilst the final check was done our furnishings, TV and other things went missing from our apartment which Laura denied all knowledge off of course!!! This matter is left with the police She still owes us over £700 in unpaid commissions which we are proceeding with. Landlords & future tenants please DO NOT trust this company they will take your money and cancel you at the last minute. Hopefully we can stop just one more person being ripped off by Laura Bell.
