Do not book an apartment here! I booked one for my birthday on 19/02 and they told me at 12pm on the same day it had been cancelled! Ruined birthday plans and I didn’t even get an apology. They told me to wait 7-12 working days for a refund which I patiently did and guess what? I still haven’t had a refund after that time! They don’t reply to texts calls or emails! Experience went from bad to worse

6 May 2020Hi Suneeta thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear you were unhappy with our service. Unfortunately we do have an age restriction of 25 along with no events or parties being allowed due to the property being in a residential block on the listing booked which is displayed on booking.com and as we were unable to obtain ID for this we did have to cancel this booking and informed you of this with notice this would be complete. I did also respond to your message and email within 24 hours confirming we had approved your refund to booking.com as a gesture. Thank you

7 May 2020Laura I told you that this was booked for my 25th birthday. Therefore by the time I would have arrived at the apartment I was already 25! I’ve told you this by email so please don’t use that as an excuse again. You did not ask me for my ID nor did I refuse. You sent me a message on the morning of my birthday saying you had to cancel my booking because the previous person caused damage to the property! So please stop lying. You did not tell me you were going to refund me as a gesture of goodwill because you cancelled it not me! I am fully entitled to the refund plus compensation! Can you believe everyone that it has been 2 and a half months since my birthday and I still haven’t received a refund?! Even booking.com have told me they expected you to refund me months ago! I will continue to chase for my refund until I get it and minimal compensation for you refusing to give me my money you took for a service you did not provide!

Would give this place 0 stars if possible. We pre booked this apartment and we’re driving 5 hours to get here.
