Would give this place 0 stars if possible. We pre booked this apartment and we’re driving 5 hours to get here. We tried to call Laura 1 hour prior to our arrival to request info on parking and Laura did not answer her phone even after many attempts. When we actually arrived at the apartment we couldn’t even get in as the door was locked even though her email stated the door would be open and key inside. We then tried to call Laura and sent messages and emails in excess of 20 times and all our calls were ignored!! This left us with absolutely no where to stay after our 5 hour journey and we then had to pay out another £200 to stay at the crowne plaza. We registered a dispute with PayPal to get our money back and to our absolute shock, Laura then tried to claim we had I fact stayed here!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting Laura, you should be ashamed of yourself!!! This girl is a thief and A criminal and should not even be allowed to take money off people. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Please be careful while taking apartment from Laura bell. I was on a short term tenancy and left the apartment but got her tenants for the apartment i was living and also for other apartments but she did not care and still kept my money. Do not book an apartment here! I booked one for my birthday on 19/02 and they told me at 12pm on the same day it had been cancelled! Ruined birthday plans and I didn’t even get an apology.
