We had a lovely agent when we first rented our property who was very helpful and quick to things done for us. Unfortunately that was not the case at the end of our tenancy. We were being dealt with by a new agent who clearly has a very bad attitude and would be better suited to a non-customer facing role. The tone of her emails was rude saying things like, " As I have already told you numerous times... " when in fact she hadn't given us an answer to our question before at all. She didn't offer any help or support when we were asking about our tenancy and when raising concerns we had based on things we had been told previously by our former agent; she simply dismissed them as not being true or accurate. Now at the end of our tenancy she is trying to get the landlord to withhold some of our deposit for things which were raised in our inventory at the beginning of the tenancy, as well as accusing us of stealing C02 and smoke alarms!!! It is a shame she has ruined our otherwise positive experience with Rayners.
