The Agent Mrs Geal should be able to get repairs to the property done i had to go to Health and safety to get a light repaired after a 4 week period of continuously asking to have the light repaired now the car parking post is not working i have continuously tried to contact Mrs Geal but she is not ... What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could at least get the problem fixed and answer the emails that were sent from different tenants asking for assistance last time the tenants here had a problem it took months to repair ie hole in the roof rain water coming in
