We had a lovely agent when we first rented our property who was very helpful and quick to things done for us. Unfortunately that was not the case at the end of our tenancy. The Agent Mrs Geal should be able to get repairs to the property done i had to go to Health and safety to get a light repaired after a 4 week period of continuously asking to have the light repaired now the car parking post is not working i have continuously tried to contact Mrs Geal but she is not ... What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could at least get the problem fixed and answer the emails that were sent from different tenants asking for assistance last time the tenants here had a problem it took months to repair ie hole in the roof rain water coming in

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
