My thoughts are the same as others. To see Bruce Ryan's Letting Agency very low and below the belt. I was bullied into signing as guarantor, a I am not a well person and they don't care what they say, even lies. I was not means tested as to wether I was able to afford to be a guarantor, no searches, no nothing. The person who rented stopped paying and Bruce Ryan came straight to me to pay and the did not bother to to her to collect as it was not worth it. I rang the Hedon office and told them the evict her on several occasions and they did not listen and they did not visit her. A little bit of due diligence would have made all the difference. And to cap it all the house was disgusting when she took it on. Personally I would not have put a pig in it, the previous tenants had left in an abominable state..... so a little advice there are much better renting agents in the area that do their job correctly.
