Both the men who own this company bruce and Charles are rude they have no manners towards anyone at all. They do not fix repairs and my sister has had alot of problems with this company. They have even had council on thier back a number of times to get repairs done at the property. They have never done a inspection of the property so they dont even know what needs to be done and never keep up on maintenance either. They make out they have other things to deal with when infact when you go into the office they are sat drinking tea and coffee chatting but never answer the phone. They also almost never reply to email either or replair emails. They also get thier own staff to review to make things look good. Check the facebook page.
