My thoughts are the same as others. To see Bruce Ryan's Letting Agency very low and below the belt. I was bullied into signing as guarantor, a I am not a well person and they don't care what they say, even lies. I was not means tested as to wether I was able to afford to be a guarantor, ... My thoughts are the same as others. To see Bruce Ryan's Letting Agency very low and below the belt. I was bullied into signing as guarantor, a I am not a well person and they don't care what they say, even lies. I was not means tested as to wether I was able to afford to be a guarantor, no searches, no nothing. The person who rented stopped paying and Bruce Ryan came straight to me to pay and the did not bother to to her to collect as it was not worth it.

I rang the Hedon office and told them the evict her on several occasions and they did not listen and they did not visit her.
A little bit of due diligence would have made all the difference. And to cap it all the house was disgusting when she took it on. Personally I would not have put a pig in it, the previous tenants had left in an abominable state..... so a little advice there are much better renting agents in the area that do their job correctly.

Both the men who own this company bruce and Charles are rude they have no manners towards anyone at all. They do not fix repairs and my sister has had alot of problems with this company. Both the men who own this company bruce and Charles are rude they have no manners towards anyone at all.
They do not fix repairs and my sister has had alot of problems with this company. They have even had council on thier back a number of times to get repairs done at the property.
They have never done a inspection of the property so they dont even know what needs to be done and never keep up on maintenance either.
They make out they have other things to deal with when infact when you go into the office they are sat drinking tea and coffee chatting but never answer the phone. They also almost never reply to email either or replair emails. They also get thier own staff to review to make things look good.

3 Dec 2018This branch at Withernsea are the most ignorant and un professional so called estate agents i have ever come across they have not turned up for house inspections on more than three occasions now...
