I’ve given one star because that’s minimum you can. I’ve been so excited to move in a flat advertised by them and send the deposit and the rent signed the contract been told the check in will be done the next day so packed everything and was waiting to move in. Last minute I received a call from Alys such a rude lady saying that we didn’t pass the credit references and she can’t have us as tenants not even when I offered to pay 6 months upfront because I needed to move the next day as I’ve been told. Next day I was chasing for my refund and she said to me on phone how I wasted her time and fraud the references when I asked her if she could tell me what is all about or at least send me a proof of the fraud she was mentioning she said she can’t but she Insisted with the fraud issue anyway. Is such a disrespectful unprofessional manner you can’t accuse someone of something you can’t prove cuz I even emailed the reference company and they never said anything about fraud. I’ve been to the office as well to ask for my refund which they just said they will do it but they didn’t said when and asked her how can she let me sign a contract when the references are not done because is illegal and she all of a sudden calmed down and said to me I pressured her with the move in date cuz I said I need it as soon as possible but if I tell her to jump of a cliff I’m pretty sure she won’t do it. So please avoid this place is horrible and was my mistake I didn’t read the reviews before deciding to use this agency. Horrible service rude and aggressive phone chat 0/10 service. This lady is also horrible thank God I didn’t move in their property as I’ve seen the other reviews too. AVOID!
