I have emailed the above address and don’t have a response as yet.
I am, however, able to confirm that over the last year, various neighbours have asked for advice on agents on WhatsApp groups etc and I direct them to this site. Others pile in with similar feedback - and it’s interesting to speak with landlords who had no idea what was going on with their Cluttons-managed properties.
