If the rating could be lower it would be! David James Newland Rennie are disgraceful in their attitude to the properties they 'manage', they take no responsibility for their tenants and do nothing to hold them to their tenancy agreements. They will happily leave drug users/dealers/cultivators who are disruptive and abusive to neighbours living in the property without addressing the situation through correct property checks or listening to the numerous complaints and have no regard for anyone other than taking fees! The staff have a dismissive, demeaning, arrogant attitude when approached with anything that means they may have to work for their fees.
