AVOID this letting agency at all costs. Wife and I dealt with an improper boiler for two years before it was changed. Part of this was the landlord and part of this was Leaders. They sent out terrible workers to try and fix the boiler. At one point I was told to get a gym membership to take my pregnant wife and two kids to go shower everyday. What the actual???? My wife would always get blown off or not responded to by our letting manager, Dave. I believe this was sexist, because I would call/email Dave and get a response. But he didn't really do anything. He would just dance around the issues. Either he was incompetent or trying to play me. Either way he was completely unprofessional. Now that we have moved out, we have not heard back about our deposit. They have kept our deposit and not contacted us. Their communication is terrible. There are so many instances over the course of 2.5 years and none of them are positive. The only reason we didn't move is because of the amount of time left we had in the UK and the cost to move. We want our deposit back so we can finally be done with this terrible letting agency. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
