If you would like a Letting Agency who are awful at property management, show no empathy, make false promises, never get back to you, make excuses and allow a woman with four children to go without heating for 5 nights then LEADERS ARE THE ONE FOR YOU!
The number of issues encountered over a 3 year tenancy, I would need a 10 page document. Temperatures in the minus, in a neglected house with a broken boiler and the property manager's response was "It happened to me before and I had to deal with it". This will be taken much further.

We currently use Leaders as our letting agency and they are quite terrible. Repairs either don’t happen or take extended time and multiple phone calls to resolve. Recently, our boiler went out. We’ve called every day for a week straight and still have no heat. Our boiler broke and leaked, flooding our pantry. We were told the carpet “would dry” but has now started to mold and smells horrible. Over two years, we’ve had multiple repair requests to fix a leak in our conservatory but nothing has been repaired. When we have called and asked about it, we were told the issue was resolved and closed out. Steer clear of this letting agency.

I’d like to thank Tawnee Naylor for getting me a viewing the same day, when there are waiting lists for viewings atm, it’s like Covid has made everyone want to move home at the same time.
But in light of this, I fell in love with the property and was put forward to rent straight away.
We are moving into our new home next weekend, and I can’t thank Tawnee and the Team at St Ives enough, they’ve been very professional and pleasure to deal with.

AVOID this letting agency at all costs. Wife and I dealt with an improper boiler for two years before it was changed. Part of this was the landlord and part of this was Leaders. They sent out terrible workers to try and fix the boiler. At one point I was told to get a gym membership to take my pregnant wife and two kids to go shower everyday. What the actual???? My wife would always get blown off or not responded to by our letting manager, Dave. I believe this was sexist, because I would call/email Dave and get a response. But he didn't really do anything. He would just dance around the issues. Either he was incompetent or trying to play me. Either way he was completely unprofessional. Now that we have moved out, we have not heard back about our deposit. They have kept our deposit and not contacted us. Their communication is terrible. There are so many instances over the course of 2.5 years and none of them are positive. The only reason we didn't move is because of the amount of time left we had in the UK and the cost to move. We want our deposit back so we can finally be done with this terrible letting agency. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
