This was beyond disbelief, I brought a house through them only to be delayed as the vacant possession changed during the process, they left the keys with a neighbour for me to collect despite arranging via email to collect them from the office, the director steve is rude and unhelpful, the previous occupants left personal items, rubbish, damaged the property and and contaminated the bins. And the attitude if steve was well what do you want me to do the transaction is complete.

Steve's initial valuation visit was excellent. Although not the lowest (1%) I felt Chapplins would market my property much better than other estate agents. They know the area extremely well.
