Lying Bullying Cheats. I would not recommend this estate agents. They are either completely lazy or utterly incompetent; lie constantly and have to be threatened in order to behave in a remotely reasonable way. If you end up with these agents retain a decent lawyer and keep a good record of any communication. You can hold them to nothing stated on the phone and they do not balk at committing borderline illegal activities. They threaten manipulate and lie in order to get the maximum amount of money out of you; so keep a decent paper trail should you need to take them to court.
