If I could give this estate agency a zero on the rental side, I would!.
I can't speak for the sales side, but on the rental side they just LOVE to collaborate with dodgy landlords and rent out below-standard properties with death trap electrics.

Arranged a viewing , the agent was already viewing with any other buyer, had no idea that we were to view the property - poor organsation.

Thank you for your review. Your offer was 30k lower than the asking price and was rejected by the sellers, you could have increased but did not. We were aware that you were to view but our first viewing overran. These things can sometimes happen, especially in the current Covid climate, where the market is exceptionally busy but many agents were/are operating on skeleton staff basis due to staff being furloughed. The sellers have been very happy with our service and the sale price we achieved. ...
