We rented a house through Atwell Martin's Malmesbury/Chippenham branch which had inadequate heating, water coming through the ceiling, no ventilation in bathroom, several immersion hot water issues, and various other issues that we fixed (from giving up asking). When we reported a cracked sink in the kitchen they did not respond, when we rang to leave a message regarding a broken storage heater they took 2 weeks to come back to us. On check out they requested over £900 worth of damage/ issues (mostly decorating) - I negotiated this down to over £300 but then they decided to reject the findings of the inventory and find other things to charge us for. Above all the level of accomodation that they decided to offer on the market was inadequate for a family, in terms of heating and maintenance issues.

Can’t even give this company one star. Absolutely dreadful service and experience. If you want to get screwed over, then go for this agency because I can promise you, that’s what will happen. It did not just happen to me but a close friend who also went through this agency.... Read Full Review

Lying Bullying Cheats. I would not recommend this estate agents. They are either completely lazy or utterly incompetent; lie constantly and have to be threatened in order to behave in a remotely reasonable way.
