Cleaning done once every two weeks only, in which case it smells of disinfectant, and not the appalling sickening smell it does over the other days of the month. Since Coronavirus I have been disinfecting the door and the handrail with my own Zoflora because I don't think anyone is cleaning it at all anymore, even every two weeks. No proper bins for anyone. They are so pathetically small nobody puts the lid on them, which leads to rats, foxes and cats tearing them up and putting rubbish everywhere. Paying £98 per month in service charges, ground rent, a sinking fund and insurance. Nappies etc are just chucked out the window and left there. It is truly disgusting here. I have only bought this flat in January and I really want out of it.
