Cleaning done once every two weeks only, in which case it smells of disinfectant, and not the appalling sickening smell it does over the other days of the month. Absolute crap!!! That is all I can say. So unorganised, unprofessional, they honestly do not know what they are doing as a letting agent! To be honest I am surprised they are still running. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
