Cleaning done once every two weeks only, in which case it smells of disinfectant, and not the appalling sickening smell it does over the other days of the month. Absolute crap!!! That is all I can say. So unorganised, unprofessional, they honestly do not know what they are doing as a letting agent! To be honest I am surprised they are still running.
