Having just dealt with a telephone conversation with a Mr Paul Warner of goadsby. I can’t express how poorly and unprofessional this conversation was, very rude and belittling from such a senior member of staff. He Wouldn’t answer any questions that were asked and was more interested in arguing that answering the questions that were being asked. Very poorly run company to say the least. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with company and avoid at all costs. Also when asking to deal with a certain person Mr Warner refused to listen and cooperate. I can’t express the cowboy activities that have taken place.

We had no choice but to accept Goadsby as service providers for our apartment building. We moved in 2016 and every year we paid a service charge and ground rent in spite of the fact that Goadsby were never seen to provide service. I had a terrible experience with goadsby, and I never ever would spend my money to rent a propriety from this agency. And I would like to advice the people to avoid this agency.
