How awful are these people? Taking all your details then never calling back. This happened twice. Then you have to chase them up and they're pretty rude on the phone I assume your after rentals why would you assume that?! No body use them, it's a mission just to get a viewing and... It's quite clear from all reviews for Goadsby that something is wrong with the way they operate, it is because they are all fresh out of school and don't have a clue? If so, maybe that's not their fault but lack of training but ALL estate agents in my opinion seem to think they are something there... Read Full Review

This agency is an absolute nightmare! They try to cheat you and take money from you whenever they can! I had been told in the past by several people to avoid Goadsby, however they seemed to be the only letting agents that had property's in the exact area I wanted.
