We would never consider using these estate agents due to their being totally unprofessional particularly when it comes to selling property. We made an appointment to meet Alistair at a site to undertake a viewing which was just under half an hour away. My daughter also travelled separately to meet us there. We arrived at the road on time but were unable to find the property which was within Burnham beeches and not your normal house number address. We waited ten minutes then phoned their office for further directions which they could not supply so we gave them clear details of the exact spot where we were waiting. They said they would pass our message to Alistair who was supposed to meet us there and that he would phone us back. We waited almost half an hour by which time our daughter had to leave so we phoned their office and only got an answer phone, but at least we had the courtesy to let them know that we could not wait any longer. We received a call approximately two hours later from Alistair saying he could not phone us back at the time as there was a diget missing from our phone number which was total BS. As their office received our number when we phoned at 10.40 and furthermore if there had been a diget missing Alistair would not of been able to phone us back two hours later. When he did phone I said that I wanted to make a formal complaint to one of the directors then surprise surprise I was cut off. So I had to phone back and was told that I was speaking to a Director called Mike, and voiced our total dissatisfaction for what it was worth. If we could give them a minus star rating that would be to good for this company given the way they treat potential purchasers.
