I cannot rate Hilton King and Locke highly enough, particularly Jenny Hall (Head of Lettings).
From my first contact with Jenny, she has gone above and beyond to find a wonderful home for my wife and I to rent.
Unlike many of the other estate agents I had spent weeks trying to contact to arrange viewings, Jenny got back to me almost immediately and booked me into to see two properties at short notice – the first of which we loved and ultimately rented. This was particularly helpful because my wife and I had only a short amount of time to find a property to rent and were returning from having lived overseas for two years. Jenny was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and transparent which was also very reassuring for me as a tenet.
Once we moved into the property, Jenny and the entire Hilton Locke and King team have been fantastic in resolving a few teething problems which are an inevitable part of renting any property.
Not only did Jenny work tirelessly to coordinate between us and the landlord but she also intervened with several third parties to help get our issue resolved. The issues were dealt with promptly and with great sensitivity and care. More than that, Jenny was incredibly personable with my wife, to the extent that she went as far as to buy my wife flowers – something which was incredibly appreciated as we waited for an issue to be resolved.
I really cannot rate Hilton Locke and King highly enough. Having previously had some bad experiences renting, I never thought that I would be writing such a positive review for an estate agent. If you are looking for a property to rent in and around the Langley area as we were, however, Hilton Locke and King come strongly recommended.

We would never consider using these estate agents due to their being totally unprofessional particularly when it comes to selling property. We arrived at the road on time but were unable to find the property which was within Burnham beeches and not your normal house number address. We waited ten minutes then phoned their office for further directions which they could not supply so we gave them clear details of the exact spot where we were waiting. They said they would pass our message to Alistair who was supposed to meet us there and that he would phone us back. We waited almost half an hour by which time our daughter had to leave so we phoned their office and only got an answer phone, but at least we had the courtesy to let them know that we could not wait any longer. We received a call approximately two hours later from Alistair saying he could not phone us back at the time as there was a diget missing from our phone number which was total BS. As their office received our number when we phoned at 10.40 and furthermore if there had been a diget missing Alistair would not of been able to phone us back two hours later. When he did phone I said that I wanted to make a formal complaint to one of the directors then surprise surprise I was cut off. So I had to phone back and was told that I was speaking to a Director called Mike, and voiced our total dissatisfaction for what it was worth. If we could give them a minus star rating that would be to good for this company given the way they treat potential purchasers.

I had listed my property for sale with another ' big reputation' agent locally - 3 months , 4 viewings, starting to stagnate - worried a move would become impossible.
Enter Leigh and team at Hilton King and Locke Farnham Common branch. The difference is service , attention to detail, effort and confidence gained is light years apart from the other agent.
Had to sell quickly to realise a dream move onwards. Listed on a Monday, 6 viewings by the Sunday that week, 2 offers, sold on Wednesday - 8 working days. I only wish I had tried HKL first. The branch is a hive of activity - max effort, max results.....I can safely say these are the best estate agents I have used by a country mile, slick, communicative, professional and friendly - absolutely delighted with the results! Dream move now on!
