We would highly recommend Hilton King and Locke if we were selling another house. Fast, friendly and efficient service from Amy and Charlotte. Excellent communications between all members of the team. Amy was our primary contact and we couldn’t have asked for better. We never had to chase her everything was done in a timely manner. Considering how stressful selling a house can be Amy and the team made it as least stressful as possible.

We would highly recommend Hilton King and Locke if we were selling another house. Fast, friendly and efficient service from Amy and Charlotte. Considering how stressful selling a house can be Amy and the team made it as least stressful as possible.
If you want people through the door to view your property Hilton King and Locke will make that happen in order to secure a quick sale at a good price.

Amy Clarke at Hilton King and Locke was excellent. We had tried to sell using a Mauve Coloured agent previous with very little success. Thank you to Kendall and the team at HKL for enabling the smooth sale of our property. We received a highly professional service and were kept constantly updated throughout the process. Moving can be very stressful but with Kendall's help, we managed to move home with minor problems. Kendall arranged for the photographer to visit and the pictures were amazing. Any issues that arose were dealt with quickly and this enabled a stress free sale for us! The team were absolutely amazing and we would highly recommend them. Thank you!!

I recently completed on the sale of my parents' home in Farnham Royal with Hilton King and Locke Estate Agents, via their Farnham Common office. From first meeting Leigh, to working closely with Tania, I found them to be deeply interested in my needs and intelligent in their overall handling of the sale. Tania, in particular, managed my case with subtlety and sensitivity. There were a few "iffy" moments in the transactions where only owing to her experience, did the course of the sale run smoothly to its conclusion. Good people and a good business to work with.
