Failed to return the holding deposit which they retained as commission, no work and property not good any person to stay. lot of work, shabby people. hope less landlord. Both letting agent and landlord Gang up against you. I moved in Hounslow East close the letting agents office. lost my belongings as it was stolen by their workmen on my first day of move in. Complaint to police no action lost my passports cash etc. No reply to formal complaint, no heating. was forced to find elsewhere. will never suggest anyone to stay in hounslow area. full of punjabi dodgy landlords and estate agents. They don't care about as tenant. forced to find flat else where and living peacefully for past 3months paying little extra premium though. But got no hassle. Currently pursuing complaint with legal/property ombudsman. I won't spare them. Its clear case of professional negalieance. Suggest Pple to watch out for these thugs and cons !
