This is the worst letting agent in Hounslow area I believe. Before signing the agreement, they will promise you moon but once you sign the agreement, forget about getting any reply from them. No matter how you contact, they will hardly bother about your issues. I spent enormous amount of time and wasted all my energy to get things done which they should have addressed without any follow up. Had a horrible time with them.
What agent could do to change your mind?

27 Jun 2020These guys are thugs. I had night mare experience during covid 19 situation. they are cons .pursuing complaint at legal ombudsman. I won't spare these scum bags.

Worst letting agents in hounslow.
