Worst letting agents in hounslow. lost my belongings as it was stolen by their workmen on my first day of move in. Complaint to police no action lost my passports cash etc. No reply to formal complaint, no heating. was forced to find elsewhere. will never suggest anyone to stay in hounslow area. full of punjabi dodgy landlords and estate agents.
They don't care about as tenant. forced to find flat else where and living peacefully for past 3months paying little extra premium though. But got no hassle. Currently pursuing complaint with legal/property ombudsman. I won't spare them. Its clear case of professional negalieance. Suggest Pple to watch out for these thugs and cons ! Worst experience in 2020. bad than corona crisis.

This is the worst letting agent in Hounslow area I believe. Before signing the agreement, they will promise you moon but once you sign the agreement, forget about getting any reply from them.
