very helpful very quick at doing things on the estate agent side however going through with the solicitor side was very slow I was expecting it to take 8 weeks or a little longer but it took 11 weeks and my self trying to hunt down what was going on and getting thing moving with the payment the staff is very friendly and very supporting and helped out when I got stuck with paper work as I was a first time buyer at a young age
