very helpful very quick at doing things on the estate agent side however going through with the solicitor side was very slow I was expecting it to take 8 weeks or a little longer but it took 11 weeks and my self trying to hunt down what was going on and getting thing moving with the payment the... the staff is very friendly and very supporting and helped out when I got stuck with paper work as I was a first time buyer at a young age

FROM THE VERY START THIS WAS A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE AND PROVED THAT WE CHOSE THE CORRECT LOCAL AGENT TO SELL MY LATE MOTHER'S PROPERTY IN YATE.
NICKI GOULD,THE PROPERTY APPRAISAL MANAGER CAME TO SEE US AT THE HOUSE WHERE SHE EXPLAINED THE PROCESS AND THE FEES,ENHANCED MARKETING PACKAGE AND DISCOUNT IF WE USED THE IN HOUSE CONVEYANCING PACKAGE.
AFTER DISCUSSING THESE WE WERE HAPPY TO GO AHEAD AS THIS PACKAGE WAS SUPERIOR TO THE OTHER AGENTS PACKAGES AND A BETTER PRICE.
THE PHOTOS AND DETAILS WERE DONE AND THE PROPERTY WAS PUT ON THE MARKET.
OUR CASE WAS THEN DEALT WITH BY LISA STIFF AT THE YATE BRANCH WHO I FOUND TO BE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL IN MY DEALINGS WITH HER.
AFTER A COUPLE OF FALSE STARTS WITH POTENTIAL BUYERS A VERY KEEN LOCAL BUYER WAS FOUND AND EVERYTHING PROCEEDED TO A SATISFACTORY SALE.
I MUST SAY THAT HAVING DEALT WITH SEVERAL EASTATE AGENTS IN THE PAST WITH MY PERSONAL HOUSE SALES,I FOUND THAT LISA STIFF AND HER TEAM AT THE YATE BRANCH WERE MUCH MORE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL AND RETURNED TELEPHONE CALLS WHEN ASKED TO,I DIDN'T HAVE TO CHASE.
OVERALL AN EXTREMELY SATISFACTORY EXPERIENCE.
I HAVE DONE A SEPERATE REVIEW FOR COUNTRYWIDE CONVEYANCING SERVICES.
