Orribile experience Me and my flatmate had a terrible issue in our property, due to the bad works done on the roof, when was raining hard the water filtered and poured from the ceiling to the bathroom and one bedroom. there were leaks and cracks in any part of the property and the damage didn't allowed us to turn on the bathroom lights. This issue lasts for 3 months and our landlord acted terribly disappearing and promising us compensation for the disturb. The agents were totally indifferent about this situation defending constantly the landlord and without helping us in any way. I ask myself for what i've payed the agency fee and why after the payment they just didn't care of clients. worst experience ever.

Worse ever! Landlord service is just a rip off. I am now in trouble as they never took of the tax which they are supposed. The service was absolutely appalling. My contract became periodic at the end of the initial fixed term. I was happy to stay but the landlord became a bit dodgy towards the end of the tenancy.
