Good, transparent sales process by personable agents where buyers making offers seemed well vetted. Not being local to the executor sale could have made things difficult, but SP&K were proactive in offering help to be at the house to enable access as needed in addition to showing buyers around. The sales agent proactively passed on details of a house clearer who had helped other clients which was a godsend. Great service during a stressful time. Would use SP&K again.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
