We called Robert Ellis to value our property which we wanted to put on rent with them. A lady called Louise came to visit our property in late January. She was appalling rude, unfriendly and was in and out of the house within 5 minutes. Offered no guidance, no advice and clearly wasn't interested in taking on our brand new property. There was no follow-up phone call with her. She was just rude, goodness knows how these people get jobs. Shame really as the receptionist at Robert Ellis Lettings is friendly.

Awful service, house offer was accepted one day and then the next they accepted another offer from another party. Ridiculous customer service does not keep customers updated or even bother calling.
