Rang them to book a viewing for a property that went live on Rightmove the 29/01/2020, lady said she will speak to vendor and get back to me, this was since around 9:30-10am on the 30/01,after hearing nothing for about 6hrs,I then called and was told she took my number down incorrectly but the vendor has put a hold on the property for a couple of weeks, she didn't even say to me that she will call me back or anything of that sort in a couple weeks,phone down and that's it.I then called the next day to speak to branch manager and got their customer service member as I rang 8 minutes before their opening time and a lady said to me after clearly reading the notes the exact same thing , Baring in mind I had another viewing for a different property booked ,I then called the branch to cancel that other one and I explained that if the other vendors changed their mind that they can do viewings tommorow I am more than interested,she then said oh are you MR Mayer , I was so tempted to say yes but didn't and she immediately said oh ok I will get the other one cancelled for you ,thank you for calling. Due to 5 HR journey to see another property nearby ,I assure you I am visiting the owners to see if I can view. Farrell Heyworth seem very untrustworthy and I get the impression they have been lying to me.

Please do not deal with these incompetent people, complete joke. I have come out of a messy divorce and told them time and time again not to send any information to my x wife , and guess what. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
