The Solicitors were terrible, didn't pass emails on, got the billing wrong, called on the date of exchange to check if I needed anyone else's consent to sell my flat. The estate agents were fine, over-promised and under-deliver. Overall definitely wouldn't recommend, not worth the fuss.
