Agent showed up at last moment, looking a mess and very unprofessional. Showed us the kitchen and garden then sent us on our way. Luckily the current tenant was nice enough to show us round prior to viewing. Unfortunately the landlord then rented the property privately, making the whole process a waste of my time and effort. Won't be using again.

Absolutely shocking estate agent. We've had the unfortunate pleasure of having to rent through them for nearly three years.
