Absolutely shocking estate agent. We've had the unfortunate pleasure of having to rent through them for nearly three years. Agent showed up at last moment, looking a mess and very unprofessional. Showed us the kitchen and garden then sent us on our way. Unfortunately the landlord then rented the property privately, making the whole process a waste of my time and effort. Won't be using again.
