They patched up a property i was renting at Victoria residence on Russell Street in dover and then helped sell it. It was leaking massively, the timbers were totally rotten on the 2nd floor with a hole in the ceiling. They attempted to fix the leak and then patched the ceiling, ignoring & hiding the rotten timbers, and then helped send the property to auction. I can't imagine this was legal.

He loves the prestige of being the manager. So his fees are quite good. Trouble is, he has control of our accounts and they're not audited.

Completely incompetent both as an estate agent and as a managing agent. More concerned with prospective purchasers interests rather than the sellers. I rent a lovely little house from Tersons but it has issues. Some serious/dangerous. I've contacted them on multiple occasions and have been told each time that someone will be out to sort them. DO NOT use this estate agent. They have ignored all of our attempts to get in touch with them, all of which have been for important reasons.
