DO NOT use this estate agent. They have ignored all of our attempts to get in touch with them, all of which have been for important reasons. We both work 9-5 and have no chance to get in and see them in person and they have ignored all emails in the last year. We highligted clear problems with the property that they missed on our check in and then took 4 months to get something sorted and when finally see the light at the end of the tunnel, we have a couple of other problems and we havent been able to get hold of them so have to sort them out ourselves (out of our own pocket). I don't know what whether they don't care about tenants, but we are looking to move out ASAP and I am telling everybody to avoid these cowboys like the plague.
What agent could do to change your mind?
answered our emails. given a damn about their tenants

They patched up a property i was renting at Victoria residence on Russell Street in dover and then helped sell it. He loves the prestige of being the manager. So his fees are quite good. Trouble is, he has control of our accounts and they're not audited.

Completely incompetent both as an estate agent and as a managing agent. More concerned with prospective purchasers interests rather than the sellers. I rent a lovely little house from Tersons but it has issues. Some serious/dangerous. I've contacted them on multiple occasions and have been told each time that someone will be out to sort them.
