Extremely rude. Not in the least bothered about their responsibilities to tenants, landlords or neighbours. Absolute cowboy outfit. Do not trust with your money or property they will not follow through or give a reputable service.

We are managing your neighbours property and when your complaint was made, we investigated, took advice and found the complaint to be unsubstantiated. We act for the landlord and in the best interest of our landlords and tenants, while being mindful of the impact on neighbours. Worst experience ever. We made an offer for a flat, they accepted the offer, made me and my boyfriend complete different documents (lost all morning to do that) also asked to my employer for a reference. The fee is good but not worthy for the service provided. I went to another agency, the fee is a bit higher but the service has been perfect and professional.
