Worst experience ever. We made an offer for a flat, they accepted the offer, made me and my boyfriend complete different documents (lost all morning to do that) also asked to my employer for a reference. Then Jack started requiring all kind of references, 3 months in advance of rent (while at the beginning he asked only 1), 2 months of deposit (while at the beginning he asked only 1), a garantor, a character reference from a legal representative..then, from one time to the other, he communicated me the flat was gone, they received a better offer and never heard back from them! I lost two days for nothing! Totally unprofessional! Before asking people to complete sensible documents and ask to employers to invest time in providing references, you should say that the flat is still on the market or at least keep it on hold for that time!
Comments on Agent Fees
The fee is good but not worthy for the service provided. I went to another agency, the fee is a bit higher but the service has been perfect and professional.
